These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Salon Mid-City's SMS text messaging program and related services. By opting in to receive text messages from The Salon Mid-City, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

SMS Messaging Program

The Salon Mid-City operates an SMS notification service ("Program") to send appointment reminders, stylist notifications, and relevant salon communications to clients who have opted in to receive text messages.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from The Salon Mid-City by:

• Providing your mobile phone number when booking an appointment and consenting to SMS communications
• Texting a designated keyword to our SMS number
• Verbally confirming opt-in at the salon and providing your phone number

By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have permission from the account holder for the mobile number provided, and that you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Salon Mid-City. Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your appointment schedule and salon activity. You may receive messages for:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Stylist check-in notifications (e.g., your client has arrived)
• Important updates about your appointment or salon visit
• Periodic promotional or informational messages

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time. To stop receiving messages:

• Reply STOP to any message you receive from us
• Contact us directly at Drew@drewstorinhair.com or call (504) 355-3952

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from our program. If you opt out and later wish to re-enroll, you may do so by opting in again through any of the methods listed above.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and personal information collected through our SMS program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We will never sell, share, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes
• Your phone number is used solely to deliver SMS messages as part of this Program
• We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Twilio processes your number only to facilitate message delivery on our behalf
• You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us directly

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our SMS communications for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. You may not:

• Provide a phone number that does not belong to you or that you do not have authorization to use
• Use automated means to opt in multiple numbers simultaneously
• Interfere with the operation of our SMS program

Changes to This Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our SMS program at any time. We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

Limitation of Liability

The Salon Mid-City is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages. SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Message delivery is not guaranteed. We are not liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from the use of our SMS program.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Orleans Parish, Louisiana.
